WORKSHOPS, SUPPORT GROUPS, AND EVENTS

 This is an ongoing small group that provides a safe place for couples to explore their relationship among supportive peers.  A couples therapy group is a place where it is safe to be real in your relationship with your partner — in front of other people.   All couples are there to strengthen and grow their relationship. Learning from and sharing with other couples is a positive and relationship affirming experience.  

As a woman it can be a challenge to focus on yourself. This group gives women the forum to focus on positivity.  In this group women will come together to empower each other, build relationships, and focus on their goals. This group is to focus on you, and to get the support and accountability of the group. 

 There are unique challenges that foster & adoptive parents face when caring for children and youth. This group is to support parents and caregivers in a supportive environment.

Parenting a child with specialized needs can be challenging. Whether it's a child with a developmental delay, a medical complexity, mental health concerns, or a physical disability, parents have additional concerns that other parent experiencing these challenges understand. This group creates the environment for parents to be able to speak freely and gain support.

We have separate groups for both middle and high school girls.  This group focuses on the unique challenges that girls face. We will discuss various topics, including relationships, confidence, and self-love.

This group will give children and adolescents the forum to discuss their feelings in a supportive environment with other youth in a similar situation.
